Ordered from Lacoste lakeside for Father’s Day
Did not have the size we wanted so the manager there Gavin made us an order online assuring us it will arrive in time
I still did not want to take a chance so ordered separate one in store rest online
Guess what no order arrived waited waited nothing
Six months down the line still nothing
Now when I went to shop for refund they said they cannot refund unbelievable!!!
Gavin phoned customer service to arrange refund but still nothing
Went to shop today again and he still refusing the refund and accused me of being abusive and swearing because I said this is b***s**t
He also called security to get me out of store
Of course security did not do anything as I was in the right
Never order anything from Lacoste especially online
I still after six months have not received my money of 175 pounds

I would leave 0 stars if i could, !! Nightmare to deal with, returns policy is like rocket science, Staff dont know what they are doing, i paid £84 for a T-shirt and they claim i paid £59, i have statement proof!! now im trying to argue this but now my password no longer works, cant log on and any emails i send to customer service bounces back, how convenient!!! x5 Times i was told it would be collected, x4 times i checked and x4 times it had not been booked in, then x2 collections came on sed day, told different things by every member of staff, this company really need to shape things up, i will never touch in store and defiantly online Lacoste products in my life again, neither will any of my family, friends or anyone on social media who knows me . SORT YOUR SELFS OUT LACOST.

Bought a trainers

Bought a trainers, after waiting for more than 2 weeks for my size to be available. It’s been 7 days now, still haven’t received it yet. Never buy anything from Lacoste if really need something urgently. Even the customer service are reluctant to help when you call them. This was my last purchase from Lacoste!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would... been waiting on a missing item for over 6 weeks now.. emailed customer services 3 times ... theyve acknowledged my emails but no replies at all... disgusting service... no shirt and they dont care... raising a chargeback

Hassle

My order stated 3-4 days delivery but took a week to be dispatched before the 4 day delivery. Customer services don’t reply and one of the items they sent was the wrong size. Not what I expected from a brand like Lacoste

Don't use. Take payment and don't send your order

Don't use. Ordered a pair of trainers from the website on Monday stating 3-4 days delivery and I'd receive an email once dispatched.
Still hadn't received this by Friday so rang customer services and after a 15 minute wait on hold was told they've not even left the warehouse yet ! When I questioned how long it was likely to be the advisor couldn't tell me.
At this point I asked to cancel my order as Lacoste hadn't fulfilled my order in the stated time.
Despite not having being dispatched I was told it couldn't be and as a goodwill gesture I'd be sent a voucher for towards my next purchase. There wont be a next purchase. A major company taking peoples money and failing to deliver items as stated is not OK.

Updated review (initially 1 star):

I made an order on Tuesday and received a shipment email the following Monday. The order came on Wednesday very well packaged and presented.

I did email their customer services to enquire about the shipment 2 days after I made the order but they never responded.

I'm now thinking of returning an item since the sizes are very unforgiving but I'm not sure I will in case there is an issue as it seems that customer services do not respond.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Poor customer online experience and service ever. I ordered 5 items (£300) but didn't get an email or notification for over 2 weeks. Called the company and got told I will get and email notification regarding the shipment. Its been over 4 weeks now and i still haven't receive my items

Cancelled Order without notice

Really poor, failed to fulfil order and then not even so much as an email until they were chased and then when I did I received a blanket newsletter style email confirming there had been technical issues on the website and they had to cancel the order.
Then to add insult to injury they offer a £20 voucher as a "gesture of goodwill" on purchases over £100, doesn't sound very "goodwill" when there's a minimum spend on it... Dodgy company, avoid!...
